The POP Retreat is a sexual wellness retreat for those who want to get to know themselves better and experience their bodies and their sexuality in a freer, more natural way.

You don’t need to “have a problem".

All it takes is curiosity and a desire to feel better.

If you feel that your sexuality could be more spontaneous, lighter, or simply more your own, the POP Retreat offers a clear structure and safe guidance to explore all of this with pleasure.

It is a guided yet fluid experience: moments of listening, movement, sharing, and rest, designed to make you feel good, not to put you to the test.

Sexual well-being here is part of a broader sense of well-being: body, movement, food, and nature work together. The cuisine, the rhythm of the days, and time spent outdoors are as much a part of the experience as the moments of reflection.

The POP Retreat offers two different paths with the same goal: to help you feel more at ease in your body and your sexuality.

What changes is the starting point, not the direction.

The most interesting part, however, is what you take home from this experience.

Free Time

Time to integrate, rest, be in nature, chat, or simply do nothing. Because this is also part of the process.

Mindful movement (YOGA)

Others primarily feel the desire to feel better in their body, move, sense, and inhabit their physicality with more pleasure and naturalness.

The two paths start from different needs but share the same goal:

Accommodation is provided in shared rooms (double or triple), assigned in a balanced way to ensure comfort and a high-quality experience.

Who will guide you on this journey

Silvia Gioffreda

I am a medical doctor and sexologist.

My work arises from the intersection of scientific expertise, deep listening, and a strong curiosity about the human experience.

I focus on sexual wellness based on a simple idea: sexuality doesn’t need to be fixed; it needs to be understood and experienced with more freedom.

In the POP Retreat, I guide people with clarity, presence, and lightness. I don’t create extreme experiences or push beyond limits; I create safe spaces where you can explore, ask questions, feel your body, and feel good.

This retreat is the way I love most to work: time, space, genuine connection, and real attention to people.

Alongside this work, there is another essential level of the experience: what comes through the body, movement, and the everyday life we share together.

Maddalena

I’m Maddalena, and I accompany the POP Retreat throughout its entire duration, taking care of the body, movement, and everything that makes the experience tangible and lived, moment by moment.

My work is rooted in listening to and accepting the body as it is. In the movement practices I offer, we don’t aim for performance, but for the opportunity to feel, breathe better, and recognize our limits without judgment.

During the retreat, I lead mindful movement sessions designed to release tension, awaken body sensitivity, and reconnect with yourself in a gentler, more present way.

I also take care of the kitchen as an essential part of 360° well-being. I cook healthy, regenerative, and seasonal meals: vegetarian and vegan, attentive to intolerances and allergies, designed to give you the right energy to fully experience the retreat days.

I eat with the group, share informal moments, and, together with Silvia, also take care of the evening spaces and daily life of the retreat. I strongly believe in the value of being together, in simple gestures, and in creating a welcoming, grounded, and authentic atmosphere.

1. How can I know if the POP Retreat is right for me?

If you feel curious, want to feel better in your body and sexuality, and are willing to dedicate time with presence and attention, then it’s probably a good fit.

The participation form is designed to help us figure this out together, without any pressure.

2. Am I required to do everything that is offered?

No.

The POP Retreat is a safe and respectful space: every activity is an invitation, not an obligation. You can always choose how and how much to participate.

3. Is there space to be in silence or take moments for myself?

Yes.

The location is spacious, surrounded by nature and silence. There are free moments designed specifically for resting, being alone, or integrating whatever arises.

4. Is nudity mandatory?

No.

There are moments where nudity is part of the experience, but it is always guided, respectful, and never mandatory.

5. Is the group mixed?

Yes.

The POP Retreat is open to people of all genders and identities.

6. Why is a form required before participating?

To create the right group and ensure that this experience is truly suitable for you.

It’s not a test, but a short written conversation to take care of the context.

7. What happens after the retreat?

You take home greater clarity about how you experience your body and sexuality, along with practical tools to continue once you return to everyday life.

After the retreat, there is an individual session with me, designed specifically to integrate the experience, make sense of what has emerged, and understand how to carry it into your life.

8. Can I attend with my partner?

It is possible, but generally I recommend experiencing the retreat individually.

The POP Retreat works best when everyone can explore without couple dynamics, expectations, or predefined roles. Attending alone allows for freer listening and a deeper experience.

9. How does it work if my flight arrives the day before or leaves the day after?

In this case, any extra accommodation must be arranged independently.

The included transfer departs from and returns to the nearest city, Puerto del Rosario.

10. What happens if I change my mind? What is the cancellation policy?

Spots at the POP Retreat are limited, and each participation requires careful preparation.

- Early bird tickets are non-refundable.

- Late bird tickets are 50% refundable if the cancellation occurs at least 60 days before the retreat date.

This policy allows us to ensure the quality of the experience and the sustainability of the retreat.
